Bridges Out Of Poverty

The Bridges Out of Poverty movement is an internationally recognized, powerful model for economic and social change and stability. Pro-active communities in Ontario are adopting this model and reporting successful outcomes for helping impoverished households out of poverty.

We are raising money to help bring the Bridges Out of Poverty Full-Day Workshop to Dunnville, Ontario. This workshop will will help us to:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and strengths of people living in poverty.
  • Explore the hidden rules of poverty and how access to resources impacts the way we see the world.
  • Identify ways to improve relationships for reducing the social costs, enhance economic development, revitalize neighborhoods, create opportunity for self-sufficiency, strengthen the workforce and build a more prosperous and sustainable community where everyone can live well. ‌

“Bridges Out Of Poverty will challenge your preconceptions and broaden your perspective. So much more than thought-provoking concepts presented well, Bridges Out Of Poverty inspires communities to action… and that is where real change starts.” – Rob Lamothe
