Children’s Mental Health Week is coming up May 4th-10th and Mental Health Week is May 5th-11th. Each year, there are several activities during this week that we hope encourages people from all walks of life to learn, talk, reflect and engage about issues relating to mental health. Again this year, there are several activities taking place in our community designed to bring people together in positive ways, promote conversations and increase awareness and understanding in our communities about the importance of mental health for children, youth and adults.
