Community Safety and Well-Being Survey 2021
The province of Ontario has asked each municipality to create a Community Safety and Well-Being Plan. The outcome for each plan is to listen closely to local voices regarding service delivery in all sectors and to uncover gaps and recommend solutions. The common goal for all is to ensure that each person is able to get the services they need, when they need them, in an effective and efficient way.
Your voice at the table is important to us.
The survey will open at 8 a.m. on Friday, June 4, 2021 and close at 12 a.m. on Friday, June 11, 2021
All survey answers will be private and confidential, and will only be used by members of the research team. Your answers are anonymous (you will not be asked for identifying information). This data will be carefully stored to protect all information obtained. The resulting paper or electronic files will be locked or password protected and encrypted.
