Feeding Your Child

Use Canada’s Food Guide to help your children grow and thrive. Choose a variety of foods from each of the four food groups: Vegetables and Fruit, Grain Products, Milk and Alternatives, and Meat and Alternatives. Follow the daily servings recommended for your child’s age.
