- How to retrieve your COVID-19 test results
Click here to check your lab results (or alternately, copy and paste https://covid-19.ontario.ca/ and click “Check your lab results” located along the right hand of the page)
Ensure that you are using Google Chrome and that the information you entered is exactly as it is recorded on your Ontario Health Insurance Card.
If your results are unavailable, please wait 24 – 48 hours and check back.
If you still cannot locate your test results, please review the following as it applies to you:
- If your COVID-19 testing was arranged/completed by a source other than the Haldimand- Norfolk Health Unit, please call that doctor or facility to retrieve your results. In this case, the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit would not have your COVID-19 test results.
- If your COVID-19 testing was arranged/completed by the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit and cannot find your results online, please contact our COVID-19 hotline at 519-426-6170, ext. 9999.
