Infant Feeding Survey

Do you breastfeed? Do you use formula? Or is it a combination of both?

The Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit is seeking the input of local moms in the 2017 Infant Feeding Survey.

Women are influenced by all sorts of factors when they make the decisions regarding how they feed their baby. These factors might be physical, social, financial, personal or any combination of these things.

The HNHU will use the information gathered to help develop programs and services for local moms, just like you.

The survey is also a required step in achieving a designation from the Baby- Friendly Initiative, a global program which promotes and protects breastfeeding.

Each participant will be entered into a draw for a chance to win one of two $50 Visa gift cards. One Visa card will be drawn approximatley every 6 months for clients who complete the surveys.
