Dependency Ratio – Statistics in Haldimand and Norfolk

 

• The total dependency ratio in Haldimand and Norfolk is projected to increase significantly between 2005 and 2025, ranging from 66.8 to 93.2.
• The dependency ratios for youth in Haldimand and Norfolk and Ontario are stable over time whereas the dependency ratios for the elderly have been increasing.
