The Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit is a small rural health unit located on the shores of Lake Erie. As a small rural organization we tend to be very connected to our communities and staff know each other very well.

Identifying health inequities is an essential part of public health work. There are many factors that shape our health, including healthy public policy and the social determinants of health.

We work with our communities to promote and protect health. We seek optimal health for our communities.
