Public Health Regulation Changes
Effective July 1, 2018 changes will be made to several Regulations that impact public health.
Below you will find links to all of the applicable Regulations, as well as fact sheets highlighting the new regulatory requirements that have been provided by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC).

If any of the above-mentioned Regulations affect a business or service you offer, Public Health Inspectors (PHIs) are available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide education to you and/or your staff on the new regulatory requirements.
The Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit will continue to provide owners and operators with any new information as it is released from the MOHLTC.
