Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit Updates COVID-19 Statistics Page
In an effort to provide the most useful and relevant COVID-19 information to the public, the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit (HNHU) is updating its COVID-19 statistics page. This update will occur on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.
These changes include the provision of a risk level tool that will help residents to know if COVID-19 and other respiratory infections are increasing, decreasing, or remaining stable locally. Additionally, the COVID-19 statistics regarding testing positivity and wastewater signals will be provided on the trends page. Also, the main page of the dashboard will now include confirmed Influenza cases and hospitalizations alongside the COVID-19 case information and hospital occupancy rates for all causes.
The dashboard update demonstrates the HNHU’s continued commitment to keeping the community informed with accurate and transparent information. The Additional Daily Statistics webpage will continue to be available at hnhu.org/additional-daily-statistics and will be updated weekly on Wednesdays before 10:00 a.m.
