Smoke-Free Housing

Approximately a third of multi-unit housing residents in Ontario reported some tobacco smoke from external sources entering their homes (33% in 2012), according to the October 2014, OTRU Monitoring Report. Exposure to second-hand smoke in home settings is long-term and can be for extended hours at a time which makes it a serious health concern.
