Quit Smoking

Quit Smoking CounsellingHelp

Quitting smoking takes time and can be hard to do. Finding the method that is right for you is important. You can increase your chances of quitting by using more than one method. Using a quit-smoking product or medication, counselling, joining an online support group, and reading self-help materials are just some ideas. See what will work best for you!  Even if you slip up, don’t stop trying to quit.
