The Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit has created this disclosure website in order to meet the new requirements mandated in the Ontario Public Health Standards, 2018.
In addition to promoting good public health practices, the goal of this website is to develop good reporting practices, improve transparency and to ensure the safety of the residents of the Haldimand and Norfolk counties.

We do not guarantee that the website is complete or free from errors at all times. The Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit does not endorse or promote any businesses, products or services posted on this website.
