Smurftastic Family Fun Carnival and Movie Night

WHO:This event is being put on by the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit’s youth volunteer group, HEAT (Health Education and Advocacy Team).

WHEN:Saturday, November 26th, 2011
Carnival starts at 5:30pm
Movie starts at 6:30pm

WHERE:River Heights Elementary School
37 Forfar Street East, Caledonia
Event will take place in the gymnasium

WHY:The purpose of this event is to educate parents about the impact that viewing smoking in movies has on children, and to invite them to take action by signing a petition tomake future youth-rated movies (G, PG and 14A films) tobacco-free
