GO-VAXX Bus Rolls into the Norfolk County Fair

The GO-VAXX mobile vaccine clinic will be at the Norfolk County Fair on Saturday, October 9 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The converted Metrolinx bus will roll into place at 172 South Drive, Simcoe to administer first and second doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

“The Norfolk County Agricultural Society is proud to support the ongoing efforts of the Province of Ontario and the Haldimand Norfolk Health Unit as host the GO-VAXX bus at the Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show,” said George Araujo, general manager. “This is a great opportunity for people to get easy access to the vaccine in our community.”

Anyone born in 2009 or earlier is eligible, and no appointment is required. The bus is fully accessible and staffed with trained medical professionals available to answer any questions and discuss any concerns.

The bus will be parked outside of the fairgrounds at South Drive and John Street in Simcoe.
