Effective today, patrons seeking access to a number of premises and organizations in Ontario must show proof of vaccination and identification before they can enter.

Following Provincial regulations, the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit is urging local businesses and residents alike to familiarize themselves with Section 2.1 of the Reopening Ontario policy.

The Ministry of Health has also issued a guidance document which outlines topics like applications, exemptions, and processes.

The Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit will be monitoring the local effects of the Provincial policy and will not be implementing any additional orders at this time.
