HNHSS Encourages Residents to Complete the Community Needs Assessment by end of July

Haldimand and Norfolk residents who have not yet shared their thoughts about local health and social services programs and priorities have until the end of this month to complete the Community Needs Assessment (CNA).

Almost 900 residents have completed the 15-30 minute survey so far. Still, the Haldimand Norfolk Health & Social Services division continues to encourage anyone who has not contributed their opinions and experiences to visit www.hnhu.org/CNAsurvey before the survey closes on July 31st.

“The CNA is not an assessment of our community. It is an assessment by our community, and it serves as the foundation for improving and promoting the health of the people living in Haldimand and Norfolk,” said Dr. Katherine Bishop-Williams, epidemiologist for the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit.

Paper copies of the surveys are available at all Haldimand and Norfolk library branches and all Haldimand and Norfolk Health & Social Services office locations until July 31st.

Anyone who completes the survey also has the option to enter a draw to win one of three $50 grocery gift cards.
Pop-up stations where residents can complete the survey on the spot will also be set up at:
